How does the pickup work?
You schedule it in the app — pickups are free and happen within two business days (up to five in published peak weeks). A driver comes to your door, scans each of your sealed crates, and loads them onto the truck. You don't haul anything. No trips to a self-storage lot, no rented vans.
What if I need something back fast?
Tap "send it back" in the app. A delivery visit is a flat $15 — one fee for the whole visit, up to 16 crates, not per crate. You pick a flexible two-week window and we confirm your exact day three days before the window opens. Once a crate has been stored four months, its flexible-window deliveries are free. Need a specific day? Pick it for a flat $25 instead. Peak weeks add $15 per visit — they're published in the app all year, so you always know before you book.
How do you keep my things safe?

From there it stays sealed until it's back with you: your driver scans the crate and its seal every time it changes hands — confirming it was sealed when we picked it up and still sealed when we set it down. Only you open your crates. If a seal is ever broken in transit, we report it to you right away. And if anything ever does go wrong, our Terms set out how to make a claim and the protection limit that applies.
Do I have to commit?
No. There's no contract, no minimum crate count, and no monthly subscription you can't escape. When a crate is empty at your place, tap "send it back." We pick it up for free, and that crate's monthly fee stops at the next billing cycle.
